It's been a while since I posted about any finds.
Here's some stuff I managed to snag on Etsy and eBay recently.

Vintage Chimayo bag, £8 ($13.60).

1940's "Telephone cord" purses.
White, £20 ($35). Multi color, £28 ($47).
My mother in law gave me money to buy myself something I 
really wanted as a "push present" and so I did! :)

Bakelite bangles.
Amber, £4 ($6.80). Banana £7 ($11.90).
I never turn down cheap Bakelite. ;)

1940's Mexican jacket, £31 ($52).
I've wanted a green one for ages!!!

Vintage belt buckle, £4 ($6.80)

Hand painted Mexican style skirt, £5 ($8.50).

GLAD MIDSOMMAR!

Happy Midsummer's Day!
I hope you're out in the sunshine dancing around the maypole
rather than sitting indoors by the compuuter as I do right now
because I'm feeding the little one.
I must say that since I moved to the UK I really miss Swedish
things I didn't really care that much about before, like sweets,
food and drinks and celebrating midsummer, it's unfortunately
not a "thing" around here. :(
I always get terribly homesick during the summer months.

Last night I made this midsummer necklace to cheer myself
up a little.

I'm finally crafting again after a break due to bad swelling in my hands.
I'm fine now tho. :)

I've also been revamping this thing, which I think might have been a
hair clip once. It made a nice exotic brooch and earring set for bright
summer days.
