I LOVE MY NEW JOB!

Went into work for a couple of hours today.
My boss is more than pleased with me and she's very
happy that I ask for more hours.
For me is not so much of a job, it's more a pleasure, I
get to rummage through cool stuff all day.
It's like an endless jumble sale! :))
Did a super quick scout in the shop before we closed
for the day and this is what I found...

Retro style bangles, 15 pence each.
I'm keeping the blue and the yellow.
I do have a whole bunch
of bangles from my own private
collection (most of them are "fakelite" and wooden ones)
that I guess I probably never gonna use so hopefully I'll
sell them all off this weekend.

2 metres 1960's fabric, £1.
My plan is to make a playsuit out of this, I got the perfect
pattern for it!!!

This is the pattern I'm gonna use.

Love that fabric!

Thanks sweetie.
If I knew how much fun it was I would have asked to work there years ago. :))

The fabric is really cool. Sounds like a great job. I wish I would have time to do some charity work. My actual work and homelife takes all my time. Sigh.

Mrs Munster: Thanks doll!
It's a lot of fun and I hope that one day I get a steady job out of it. For now I'm very happy with the 70% discount I'm getting. :))

Ivy Black: Thanks sweetie!
I'm not getting paid, that's the only bad thing about it. :P

Great pattern!
Can't wait to see the finished playsuit.

Vintage Coconut: The fabric is a bit slippery so I hope the craft angels are with me at the time and that it's enough of it.

Scary Mary: I'm off to have a stall this weekend but what I don't sell there might end up on Etsy next week. :)
