USEFUL?

I still had some money left from what I got from father
in law on my birthday so I purchased these three books
yesterday.
I spent £13 in total, including shipping. (155 kr/$20/€14)
I hope they will come in handy, I didn't do any research,
which I probably should have done.
Does any of you have them and have they been useful?

I have the first one on the left, it's pretty useful and a great complement to my WWII book collection.

Miss Wink: Is there any tutorials at all, illustrated ones?

Stefanie: Has it been useful to you?

Betty Lou: Men det var ju inte till nan hjalp. :))

I've not actually used the book to do anything, but that's only because i don't know how to sew, not yet anyway! But it's got articles and instructions about how to mend and patch clothes, mend leaking saucepans or torn wallpaper, knitting, darning, repairing household goods, lots of information about what happened during the war, it's a really interesting book. I suppose it depends on how good you are at sewing/mending already but i'm certain it would be helpful to you.

I don't have any of them but I'd be interested to know what you think of them!

Stefanie: Ah, OK, that sounds like it's gonna be useful. Thank you very much. :)

Andi B. Goode: I will definitely write a little review about them.
Thanks for the idea. :)
