A TASTY TREAT AT 3


Are you one of them who suffering from low blood sugar
level around 3 pm?
Here's a treat you should try:
A small bowl of natural yogurt add some Pecan nuts and
squirt some Maple syrup on top. Mmmmm...
(This also works well with some pieces of banana.)

mmm that sounds tasty, I get low blood sugar around three here at work :( and am always looking for somthing to eat!

Onof my favourite treats is natural yogurt with walnuts and honey on top. Yummy.... :D
